Explore the Reports library to access TSYS, ACH, Activity, Invoice, Retail, and Developer reports that provide complete visibility into payments, operations, inventory, and system activity.

Overview

The Reports library gives you centralized access to all available reporting categories, organized by payment processing, ACH activity, invoicing, retail performance, and developer insights. Each category contains focused reports designed to help you monitor transactions, manage receivables, track inventory, and audit system usage. Select a report category to view detailed data and gain actionable insights tailored to your operational needs.

Types of Reports

Upon clicking the Reports tab on the left-hand menu, you will find the Report library, with the following report categories, with their respective reports. You may click on each category to learn more:

  • ACH Funding – Displays ACH funding transactions with details on processing dates, accounts, routing information, and funded amounts.
  • Transactions – Provides a detailed view of individual payment transactions, including payment method, authorization details, amounts, and processing dates.
  • Batch – Summarizes settled transactions by batch, showing sales, refunds, and net totals for reconciliation.
  • Chargebacks – Tracks disputed transactions and chargeback cases, including reasons, amounts, and affected accounts.

  • Expired Cards – Lists customers with expired payment cards to help identify and resolve outdated payment methods.
  • User Report – Shows transactions initiated by system users, including transaction type, tender, status, and source.

  • Activity – Summarizes ACH processing activity, including record types, transaction counts, and settlement timelines.
  • Returns – Details returned ACH transactions with return codes, reasons, and associated amounts.

  • Receivable Aging – Breaks down outstanding receivables by aging periods to help track overdue balances.
  • Receivable Forecast – Projects future receivables based on billing plans and compares estimated collections to actual results.

  • Tax – Reports tax collection details across retail transactions, including applied rates and total tax amounts.
  • Profitability – Analyzes sales performance by comparing revenue, cost of goods sold, and resulting profit.
  • Expedite – Highlights inventory levels and estimated depletion timelines to support replenishment planning.
  • Product Sales – Displays product-level sales activity, including quantities sold, revenue, and profit over time.

  • Access Log – Records API access activity, showing request sources, endpoints, response statuses, and execution times.
